She was very kind to our cat who fell off the scratching post yesterday. Cares a lot about cats herself. Since she was so sweet and caring about it

Nice people, but bad diagnosis. Our dog has been in a lot of unnecessary pain. Good intentions but bad execution. Vet refuses to admit wrong. We have lost money. More than Euro 800. An expensive miss!
