In 2018 they placed a bell system at our apartment complex and since then something has broken down every six months. If you make an appointment for this, they will make their own plan without informing the customer and it also takes a long time for them to take action. You always have to call this yourself. There is also always a miscommunication within that company because the operators have no idea what they are talking about or suddenly say something different from the previous one you had on the phone. Really don't get started ... crappy this
