My partner ordered a flower of € 60 euro for our 4 year wedding anniversary, we received them in good order, but after 3 days they were half dead, while a quality flower should last at least 2 weeks, if I have a flower of buy a supermarket that will also last at least 2 weeks! Just contacted the florist, they want me to take the flower with me afterwards, while they should come I think !! I think the service is very bad !! They make their problem my problem !! If not customer friendly.
