Today Hoogeveen has lost a regular customer. When I asked if it was possible to order a funeral bouquet, I was snubbed saying that it is almost Mother's Day and there is no time for something like a funeral bouquet. Very customer unfriendly

Bought tulips yesterday for € 9.- Less than 24 hours later they are completely limp. The tulips are really in a 'tulip vase' that is specially for tulips 🌷 Really dead and dead sin. Buy next x the flowers elsewhere

Generally you get great flowers here for a low price. I've been coming here for years. Satisfied customer. Today a very disappointing experience. I received flowers for my birthday on Friday. On Tuesday the whole bouquet was no longer on display, despite normal good care. Photos made and show. But I should have come back immediately with the flowers. Then they could have investigated why it had gone wrong. Now they can no longer check that and they cannot claim anything from the supplier. But I didn't buy them there and I think I made enough effort to show it. A bunch of flowers should stay well for a week. If not, just give a new bunch. This is the first time in many years that I am going back with a forest. Not customer friendly. A pity about an otherwise fine case.

Always a lot of choice. Both in terms of flowers, plants and seasonal garden plants. Very affordable. Not a luxury furnished business, but that's no problem for me.

Be careful what you buy here, many plants are totally withered because they don't get any water.
