Very nice, modern and new hotel in central location. Our room on 4th floor was very spaceous, clean and with nice views. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were too big and thick for our taste to be really comfortable. As a plus, free coffee and water are provided. The breakfast buffet was allright with the standard hot and cold fare you would expect. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very nice rooms. Friendly staff and very child friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Very spacious rooms for a great price. The hotel is next to the sabelpoort which is the only remaining piece of the walls that once surrounded Arnhem.
Liiterally everything you want to see and do in Arnhem is walking distance.
Great customer service.
Sadly the drain of our shower wasn't draining but this was helped quickly by one of the people from housekeeping.
The only real downside is the 1 plie toilet paper but I can live with that
My husband is a regular guest at Bastion Arnhem and his stay is always pleasant and friendly. Friendly and helpful staff who are also up for a joke. When something goes wrong, they are always ready with advice and action to solve the problem as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and its staff!
