I doubt a little about 3 or 4 stars. I only attended a private party and there was nothing to complain about. Friendly fast service and tasty snacks. That is why I initially gave it 3 stars. Because the owner asks what he can do better and I cannot answer that well, I add a star.

Visited Borrelzz in Huissen the day before yesterday. You will be welcomed as soon as you step in the door and during the whole visit you will be seen by the employees and where possible there is also time for a chat. It is nicely decorated with many different corners to sit and chat with each other, but you can also opt for a more centrally located table at the bar. There is a very extensive beer list with special beers - I believe 70 different ones - but also delicious red wine and other drinks. In terms of food, in addition to the specials, which are standard on the menu, there are also different meat, fish and vegetarian dishes every week. After the tasty snacks with a drink, I had sticky shi-takes with rice and they were delicious. My friend had a delicious well-dressed burger with organic chips. Next time I will definitely try one of the many extensive drinks boards, which were ordered by many visitors. In short, an address to remember and to visit regularly.
