Very professional and friendly help, probably from the owner himself. The owner immediately estimated my size correctly, picked something from the rack that I had never chosen, and every day I am happier with my purchase. Fashion stores that only sell clothing are struggling with competition from online stores. Fashion stores that also give good advice, such as van Ganswijk, will hopefully always exist.
