V.O.F. De Lichtster

Twenty-one years ago we moved into the dream house that came true. There had to be lighting, outside around and inside. Happy on the road from Soesterberg to Staphorst and everything in between. Ideas came and went. In the end, completely successful and in their own village at ... De Lichtster! The outdoor lighting works on time switches and motion sensors. Where this is not possible, there are LED lamps with integrated light sensor. The owner of De Lichtster was able to supply us with dimensions that also fit smaller outdoor lamps and even function in opal glass. A reassuring idea if you are away from home for longer! We are happy to appreciate the thinking and advice with the five stars!

Because our lamp (which also comes from the Lichtster) no longer worked, I bought a new dimmer for the weekend at € 30, also at the Lichtster. I bought this in an already torn (!) Plastic packaging. In the weekend it is time to subject the lamp to a closer examination and guess what, fortunately it is only the contact in the fitting. The existing dimmer just turned out to be working! Immediately after the weekend back with the unused new dimmer and matching coupons. What is my surprise? I am being brushed off because it is my own risk that the dimmer turned out not to be necessary. Then I shouldn't have bought it. And because it comes in a torn-open package, I MIGHT have used it too !!! 🙃 😤 My tip: make sure you sell your equipment in unopened packaging, that prevents these kinds of situations. And if something cannot be returned, please state this when purchasing. Nice new location, lousy service.

The new store invites you to enter. Clear. The owners have a wealth of experience in lighting and accessories. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Several times recently and in recent years good experience, but not only my neighbors, who had to completely furnish their new home, have benefited a lot from their advice in the field of lighting.

Very poor customer service. In October, my grandmother ordered a glass lampshade, in the shop it was present but the seller (sir) wanted to order it, after 2 or 3 times the seller indicated that he would call. Now it is now March and still had no bell. I called today and first get the man on the phone that my grandmother had helped (friendly man and in the store too) and I was referred to his wife which I found strange, but with the thought here would be a good reason for being. His wife called back nicely within a quarter of an hour. She starts the conversation right away and I hear that I have to call you back, which I did not think fit, but I explain the story and that my grandmother is looking at me and with my mother and that she has a glass lampshade ordered. She starts with a folding cap in one go and that it has already been removed and my grandmother is not in the system at all. I try to explain that it is about a glass shade but she completely ignores me and keeps on talking. Then I say my grandmother has no dementia so she really knows when a hood has been picked up. Well she did not claim that, but the hood was picked up and when that happens it's done. Well after my insight, it is ready when the customer is satisfied but the customer has nothing and is kept on the line for a long time and is not satisfied I have never experienced anything like this before
