In my point of view staff has a good knowledge and they were supportive in assisting residence permit related procedure's. Also they answer your questions even though those are not conclusive answers but atleast they reply thats a good thing. Only disadvantage i found is waiting time is more. May be they can do something regarding it.

Useless busy people. I don’t know how can they be busy from the first second of office hour. Appointment is made by the indefinitely unanswered phone call? What a waste of time. If you wanna contact them, make sure you have phone call bundle and a charger. It takes hours...

No need to be rude to people. If you don't like your job go work at Subway.

Realm of extremely useless workers, unknowledgeable, barely English speaking, lead you in the wrong direction... make you circle round and round filling out unnecessary applications. Truly only spoke to 1 man out of probably 100 phone calls who actually helped. Lord almighty it was a headache dealing with the IND Rotterdam

They spent a lot of my time and weren’t even able to answer on the common question.
