Superservice !!!
This store may be open now. Good thing. The people here are always there for you. They take the time for your problems and they order what they do not have in stock, with one day you have it. They also help people who have not even bought their phones there and for free.
Great store, also good service with setting my PanzerGlass.
However, it takes an awful long time before it is your turn.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT HAVE A REPAIR PERFORMED, PRICES ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN APPLE STORE AND MY PHONE IS UNUSABLE !!! Have the iPhone 8 repaired with light water damage in the screen. Everything was tested by them for repair and it all worked !! The screen was replaced for 180 €. After repair, my home button and proxy sensor stopped working. According to them, it was due to the water damage. At Apple genius Amsterdam they looked at the device.
I quote: whoever replaced your screen with a cheap clone variant damaged the cable of the home button and proxy sensor. When I was told I had to pay, he said: With us it costs 171 €, only Apple itself has the original parts. These parts are not for sale. Amount for
a new screen at a telephone shop in Utrecht costs between 50 and 60 euros for best quality.
After hesitating for a long time, we bought an IPhone at the Telefoonwinkel in Putten. What a customer-friendly shop with patient staff and humor😊 We belong to “The Gray Wave”, so everything at ease was no problem 👍
