Doctor is interested in the patient. Think positively. A doctor with feeling, keep it up !!

Unfortunately not always a good experience. Female and male GPs are very unkind, try not to think about a solution and are very cheeky. I am never ill, I visit the doctor once every six months and often because of major complaints. On the other hand, the assistant is very nice and caring. Reassures you quickly and explains things clearly to you. Maybe take a little example from her?

Had a good conversation with Dr. Heinen. She is constructive, patient-oriented and has an ear for her patients. I am very satisfied with this!
