Switching a doctor was a big step for us. Despite the blunders that were made in our eyes. For example, the disease that struck me - Parkinson's - was diagnosed as being "strained". The strongly changing team of hired general practitioners also did not provide a good relationship between general practitioner and patient. The doctor whose name is connected to the practice and which we had chosen at the time, we saw once a year getting the flu shot. An introductory meeting with mrs. Pereira requested. A new doctor who heard good sounds in the village of Zeewolde. There was a click and we moved our file to her practice. We soon got the impression that we had fallen with the nose in the butter. A doctor with a listening ear who did not get everything out of a doctor's computer program, but also thought along with the patient. A whole new world opened up for us. The entire team, from the doctor, assistants and practice support, gave the feeling of being in a real doctor's office. We should have taken the step earlier. We are full of praise !!!

Bad experience with this doctor. Assistant is also not nice and has little time. If you have a fever and a lung inflammation and you cough so much that you cannot call, then it is logical that you let your family call for advice. But that is not appreciated. You get a sermon from the doctor that you really have to call yourself, even if that is not possible. With every appointment I make, I wait at least 20 minutes longer in the waiting room. If it runs out once no problem can happen. But after having waited 20 minutes longer for the 8th time you are done with it. This was my last visit and go look for another doctor. So I can't recommend this doctor unfortunately.

Just been on the phone for an hour .. an hour as first waiting .. I sincerely thought they might have phone problems and I don't know if they can see how long someone is on hold but it seems to me if you are in an hour 1 someone helps you understand that by the 2nd a thank you for the wait or an excuse for the long wait more as normal ..

Very friendly doctor who I think is also competent. Have not spoken to her often enough to have an opinion about it. What I find very bad are the long waiting times on the phone. Last time 19 minutes !! have to wait before I got a (very friendly) assistant on the line. Via the tape I was informed about the queue but I really could not. Maybe take an extra assistant for the phone?

Have been in contact with GP L.A. Pereira several times in connection with my work with teenage mothers. She takes sufficient time for her patients. Listens well, has respect and takes the complaints seriously. Comes along for a maternity visit with the ladies which we also really appreciate. She gives the ladies the feeling that they are being taken seriously.
