From here you can walk nicely. We walked the path of sister. A marked walk of 12 km in varied nature. Forest hei meadow you can see it all. The Veluwe in a nutshell. Very worthwhile. There are also plenty of benches along the route to take a rest. Generally nice wide paths but not everywhere. People with prams and / or wheelchairs might have some difficulty on some parts. The route is well signposted everywhere with posts.

Perfect to park your car for a short or long walk in the Veluwe. I myself have walked the purple route, sister's path 12 km from this parking lot, this route goes through a beautiful and varied landscape. Definitely worth doing on a day off.

Have a nice walk at this parking lot! With dogs, provided they are on a leash because of bridle paths, also doable!
