After knee surgery, I was looking for a skilled physiotherapist who could quickly get me mobile again so that I can start exercising again as before the operation. I certainly found this with Paulien, who is knowledgeable and has helped me enormously (and still does). She puts the training she still regularly follows into practice. An example of this was the application of dry needling when my muscles were completely tight after surgery and were very painful. After the treatment it was much better again. In addition, it is also a good atmosphere at the practice, and the combination with the establishment in a gym is a very good one, because all the necessary equipment for exercises and a quick recovery are available. Physiotherapy practice Ermelo is highly recommended!
