Too little for sale seems like a starting shop

after they cleaned my laptop I found out at home that it was no longer functioning. the mouse and mouse pad stopped working. I went back because apparently something had gone wrong. I was told that on the return trip something had gone wrong that I might have dropped it or that the children would have been on it. I had brought a working laptop and certainly not dropped it on the way home. A big mouth away I had a broken laptop and lost my money. I had contact with the manager afterwards, but it remained as it was. I never expected to experience this. its a shame, but there is nothing to do about it
