Unfortunately, as a business client, there was no positive image from Lammerse Accountants. In the office a brand value atmosphere with a different view on communication and criticism, probably by special lifestyle / vision owners. Says to be receptive to criticism, but acts pained at the slightest comment. Owner Lammerse can sometimes shoot out of the sheaf; you have to be able to handle that. Unprofessional feeling left over: avoids discussion, at some point refused further communication ('did not talk to us anymore'). Everybody makes a mistake once, but a mistake with serious financial consequences was dismissed as not important. Partly for this reason as a customer the feeling is not taken seriously. Will always, however, counter that it is up to the customer, never put his hand in his own bosom. All in all not recommended.

Accurate, agile and reliable. Accessible office. Eye and ear in the right place, namely with the customer. Extremely satisfied!
