Great campsite, staff on hand to answer all questions, serviced by a bus on it's doorstep to Nijmegen (shopping and train station). Well stocked providor. Ample supply of spars. Numerous hike routes.
Superb terrain. Nicely placed and beautiful surroundings. Good personnel and options. Lots of green and open spaces. Perfect area for large events and LARPS.
Come there once a year for a summer camp kinda thing , has a very lovely scenery and a well kept terrain
I am a girlscout from Munich and in august we stayed with about 200 other boyscouts and girlscouts on this camping area.
All in all the camping place is really beautiful !
But the staff was really unfriendly and aggressive,
in the second week with rather small things such as singing by the fire,
a usual thing to do amongst scouts!!!
They couldn´t talk in a normal tone with us,
only as if we were criminals !!!!
With no fire allowed past midnight and no singing past 1am this camping place is not suited for a Group of Scouts !!!!!!!!!!! :))
Beautiful setting for scouting. My son had a weekend winter camp there. Beautiful forest where men (and women of course) can roam. Large fields where the tents could stand and where campfires could be made.
