Bestellen en betalen ging vlot. De informatie over hoe en wanneer ophalen was erg slecht. Op de website staat dat afhalen op afspraak kan, maar die afspraak is niet gemaakt en er kwam ook geen afhaalbericht. Bij navraag kreeg ik kortaf te horen dat ik mijn bestelling kon afhalen, maar niet wanneer. Dus bestelling na een week (nog) niet ontvangen. Na mijn klacht is alles netjes afgehandeld.

Where else do you get skates than from a fanatical skating Frisian and experience expert? Good service (also after purchase), owner takes all the time for you. The following certainly applies: buy from local retailers, no regrets :)

Always customer-friendly, ample time is taken for good advice. In the ice skating season it can be very busy, then it is advisable to be present shortly after opening the store.
