We were rudely shouted at by a member of staff because we hadn't picked up a basket. We apologised and tried to explain that we were English and that we didn't know that we needed a basket and only speak and understand very basic Dutch. The response was that "and we are Dutch" hands thrown into the air and marched off. A potential sale lost. If you're not good with people then don't work in retail.

Very cheap. Quality is low, but expected for this piece. Lots of cheap toys to keep kids occupied. Bit tight hallways.
