Customer support/warranty claim was shambolic

the model is certainly beautiful. but when placing it there was immediately damage on the mounting frame. This is quite normal and was indicated by the installer and there is even an aerosol can to update it. That already indicates that this is more the rule than the exception that the parts are damaged. After plastering, tap the fireplace with Tesa Washi Sensitive and remove it very carefully immediately after texing. Now the paint came loose from the whole side where the damage was. Then tears will come to your eyes if you have paid € 5000 for such a fireplace. Contacted Dik Geurts and they don't take it that seriously. I can still work it with the aerosol .... When asked if there was also a primer or something under the paint so that I know for sure that I apply the correct treatment method when sanding away the residues. Answer, if you have doubts about the quality, you can contact the installer. oh yes and the loosening of the paint is probably due to the plasticizers in the tape .... but it had not been used when they came to install it and the 1st damage was already on it. Well then you really stand firmly behind your product, what a bad service.
