Good service and friendly officials. I came to renew my driver's license and thought on the spot that I still needed an extract (international). Because it was not busy, this was arranged for me on the spot. Super helpful too (employee asked through well and could give me some additional tips about the subject I came up with). Top!!!

Never available! Whenever you want to make contact by phone, there are at least 12 customers in the queue. Unclear not a nice collaboration! May be improved!

Cases are handled efficiently. At the same time it is very visible to the employees that it all goes on "the automatic pilot". The lack of friendliness and genuine customer contact is my personal experience.
