This place has practically every bad characteristic you don't want to see: - Long waiting times, while the staff is just gossiping - Rushing through the haircut, while the battery on equipment is running out - Objecting against and overruling your requests - All the crap with registering you for their card takes longer than the haircut - Trying to up-sell you on all kinds of unnecessary products - Substantially more expensive then some adequate local competitors Truly one of the worst haircuts and customer service I've ever received

The hairdresser I had, Marie was great. The manager was very unkind and bossy, terrible. Also I was not listened to at all and for people who want blond and NOT yellow, I advise against this barber shop. Also ridiculously expensive. I have thin and not very long hair and I lost about 140 €.
