It's ok, should provide wheelchairs for those who need them..i am sure such extra customer service can attract better visitors..it is a very big area!!! Some items are too expensive even those who have the buying power can deter from purchasing as most items are the same..

Enormous building with shop in shops. Two floors full of many items. Too many in my opinion. Long walks in the corridors. Lay out is as at IKEA. One route to walk. Restaurant first floor was a disappointment. Coffee not great and had to wait far too long on a simple cheese tosti while there were no ques.

It's expensive and not very original. For example a simple table is 1000 euro, a couch around 3000 and there is little variety. They sell beds, around 900-1800 euro, but no matrasses and one bed you're not advised to sit down on. Really? Delivery time around 8 to 12 weeks. Also long lines and traffic is a mess. I have not seen any employees once inside the store. Good points: It's not cramped.

TL;DR: If you like to spend around double for normal furniture then please go to this place. The shop smells bad, is dusty and completely lacking any direction in terms of what they are selling. Decided to give this shop a visit in order to see what kind of furniture they would sell. The shop is essentially one massive building with around 50 small shops inside, none of which are represented by any staff. None of the shops are in any way the same and are not grouped together in a sensible logical way. Staff is nice but incredibly young on average. Incredibly busy and no direction at all. Do not waste your money.
