I bought from this seller (Patrick Jelsma) a product (car part) which turned out to be not what the seller described at Marktplaats advert. When I tried getting back the money the seller started swearing, was very aggressive and hung up to phone. You get to know the person when the problems appear - this was very bad experience. Be careful what you buy anything from this garage ...

Reliable garage! Good relationship with this garage. We bought a car here for a second time. During the test drive I told that something was rattling under the car. At first 'this was nothing bad' according to the garage. Just made another call a week later because the noise was getting worse. Neatly made an appointment. I received a loan car for the day (no extra costs). The shock absorbers still had to be replaced. This has replaced professional agency Jelsma free of charge! Pay attention. We bought the car without warranty. No more than praise for Jelsma. Again, we would buy / trade in another car here. Top!! And thank you for the good and clear service.

We ended up at this garage from Alphen ad Rijn, because we were looking for a nice convertible for a reasonable price. After a bad buy became a bit more careful, but immediately we noticed the open communication from Patrick and that gave confidence. What you do get but what you don't get, it can only be clear. Test drive made and decided to buy with the agreement that the car would get new MOT. At the MOT it came out that something had to be replaced that was arranged. We certainly did not buy a young occasion, but the service was excellent, we got value for money and honest advice regarding the maintenance of a convertible. So for us a good experience at this specialist garage, the mechanic was very helpful. The entire company makes a neat and professional impression. Keep it up!!
