Almost everything about this doctor is good, but scheduling an appointment is so difficult that you often end up with your problems longer than you actually want. Definitely the weak point of this GP. In the morning most people are busy with school or work and it is often difficult to remember to make an appointment (especially if you have just woken up). Once you think about it it is already 12 o'clock and you have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately not practical .. For the rest, the operator is very nice and helpful! And you will always receive good help for the rest. So at every point this doctor gets a 10 out of 10 from me except when it comes to accessibility. Unfortunately, this is so bad that I left a review especially for this in the hope that you will adjust this. I can sincerely guarantee that if this is adjusted there will be more satisfaction among the customers. After all, if someone has an issue with his health, it is very important that the doctor is available at all times. This is of course true for emergencies, but it can also be very important for other issues. I really hope you adjust the accessibility once you have done that I will give you 5 stars with all love.

I give you 1 star. As an online marketer I think communication with the customer is a very important aspect of a company. I gave you 1 star because the operator who takes care of the appointments is only available from 9 to 11 ... If you call around this time you will also end up in a gigantic long queue ... This makes it almost impossible to to schedule an appointment during working hours .. It is also very inconvenient if something important is going on and you can only call from 9 to 11 ... this makes people like me walk around longer with their problems and that is of course not good. What I really like about the company is that once there is an appointment, excellent and fast help is provided, which is really great! I am not writing this review to criticize you but to help. It will make the company so much better if you are more accessible.
