I have very little to say about the GPs in this practice, they have always had positive experiences with them, real dears and they take you seriously (ode to Dr. Roos). But the accessibility of the practice really makes you cry. When they are not on vacation, you will receive no matter how early, late, high or low you call: A band where you often have to wait for at least 15 minutes. Also often enough to hear the message: "call back at another time, assistant is busy" or "we are on lunch break" Still at 14:00. Tip: Get more occupancy on the phone. I get my late Grandma on the phone even earlier than an HA assistant from this practice. Furthermore, nothing but praise! But if you often have to call because your illness differs per year / or want to hear your results, then it is nice if you do not have to wait 15 minutes every time you call.

I have been with this great practice of Dr Roos and van Nieuwenhof for 15 years. Dr. Roos is my GP. She is the greatest and sweetest and very understanding GP. I can always trust her 100%. Big 10! And Dr. van Nieuwenhof is also a good general practitioner and their assistants are also very understanding. A top team!

She sits opposite me with her legs spread. I try not to look down while she explains to me that "when it is not necessary, we naturally prefer not to use medication". I am shaking. I have always been treated with antibiotics in the past for the respiratory tract infection. But yes, that was in England. Here we are at the mercy of the Gentiles. They don't even bother to show compassion - in the Netherlands that is not functional. You will suffer! And that was after I had first been thoroughly phoned by the doctor's assistant, the first line of defense against customers, who immediately thought when requesting a consultation that it is "very annoying" but that "respiratory tract infections often pass by themselves within 2 or three weeks " My company is going bankrupt by that time, I think. As I feared, they send me away with a paracetamolllet. I order amoxicillin online. And look for another doctor. One that can at least keep the appearance that he wants to help.

For many years at the doctor's office and 'moved' to another building. Very satisfied with how I am treated and the complaints are taken seriously. I feel heard and seen. Sometimes some long waiting times, but I take that for granted.
