If the way of driving typifies this company, it is very bad !! Regularly, a van drives through the street like crazy! You will only just walk there. The laces from your shoes. A reason not to ever call ......

In retrospect, the quotation turned out to be (much) too generous in terms of hours. As a customer you do not always know how many hours are realistic for a job, but you can expect that this will be accurately estimated and quoted. When I contacted Ordelman about this after the job (which was nicely completed) by email, there was no response. After 4 months, a reminder was sent under threat from a collection agency. After asking again for a response, it came, but without any movement. They adhered to the (overly budgeted) quotation. In my opinion, Ordelman puts unjustly quoted wages in the bag, over the back of the customer.

Advertise with 24/7 breakdown service but then have no one available for the entire week to resolve it. Can but do not advertise with it.
