The people in the tax office are very nice and helpful! They helped me to fill in my tax declaration form as I don't speak Dutch.
Certificate of residence requested, nicely helped. Very satisfied. Also easily accessible by phone.
Simple question. If I buy an occasion in a garage in Germany: can I as an entrepreneur set off the VAT with the quarterly return? YES says the dutch taxdiens after 3.5 hours !!! hold and transfer. NO says the German garage. Like Germany, we have margin cars in Germany and this can never become a VAT car.
The Dutch tax authorities say: There must be proof that the car has been exported (eg Dutch registration with the RDW) It is a shame that I cannot give negative stars
Just asking for a phone number, they need more than half an hour for it, incredibly inefficient.
