Yesterday I took a train to Nelson in Arnhem with a large box containing 2 pairs of shoes that I ordered that were unfortunately not good. Arriving at Nelson in Arnhem, it is closed due to renovation. Why is this not mentioned on the site? You have to carry a large box all day long. I think this is a very bad service, it is a small effort to mention this.

Very friendly (in Zwolle by the way) and a huge collection. There is something to be found in everyone's budget. I went back with a complaint: new boots and, once worn, a crack in the zipper. Tomorrow new pair sent home. Awesome!

Super service !! Shoes of almost half a year old with bad soles can simply be exchanged for brand new ones without additional payment. Top arranged!
