Today on the way to Arnhem to visit again. As usual, helped very well and bought 2 pairs of shoes. Very knowledgeable staff. I have very difficult feet, but they know exactly how to find the right shoes for me. Compliment!

Nice store but that is also the only thing. The owner is a smooth seller and when it comes to warranty and complaints, this gentleman is very rude in the mouth and makes a customer for liar and anything and everything. Shoes bought in Arnhem from him, it is said that they are not bought from him, despite proof of receipt and bank statement. I will never buy here again, now go to another Mephisto shop. So be warned !!
