Dear reader, Normally I would not post this revieuw but I have been helped very badly. On Wednesday I bought new shoes at sidestep. Unfortunately, the seams were loose. Today Sunday 4 days later, July 12, I went to side step in Amersfoort. I was not received my receipt with my purchase. Employee of amstersfoort was unable to help me because we did not have a receipt. Store in Arnhem was open from 12 pm to 5 pm. No joke, I called 30 times and they did not answer, also the Amersfoort employees called and no contact. Unfortunately without new shoes or without money sent back: @ I live in Deventer myself and can not visit that shop because they have the shop on certain cities. For me never sidestep again. Sidestep customer service also couldn't do anything because I bought in the store! Communicate for digit 0!

My son 4 months ago bought Nike Vapromax from almost 190 euros now the air cushion leak so he can no longer walk on it at Nike you have to arrange everything yourself before you are helped at all bad service

Bit of poor service. After a little more than half a year my shoes showed wear of 100 euros. According to the employee, this fell within the normal wear and tear so I can throw the shoes away. Expensive joke
