Store closes 10 minutes earlier each time. I notice. Roller shutters are lowered each time. Not really customer friendly

Today I was around half past 2 in the Nelson at the Kronenburg shopping center today, here 2 employees were chatting together so pleasantly that I could not say hello when I SELF !! Had taken a shoe to fit it and already I was still not helped, I put it back and got back without goodbye and bought my shoes elsewhere very bad service from these 2 ladies
