What a bad service from Mr R.S. Very poor communication in sales, trying to make unnecessary money everywhere. If you indicate several times that you do not want to cooperate and say you want to cancel the order, it can suddenly all be done as it was. They do not make buying a bathroom a party, but cause stress and annoyance. After delivery it turned out that the siphon did not fit. Just don't believe them and now the contractor has to get in touch, again mr. R.S. Is the customer no longer king? Advice: find another store to buy your bathroom !!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: Owner Raymond (not the R.S. in the review) contacted and resolved it nicely. Fortunately, Sanidirect does have an owner who stands before his customers!

I was really excited about the advice for our bathroom. It has also become a beautiful bathroom, but the quality is poor. Unfortunately as soon as the order was placed and paid, it turned out that a very poor service remained. When a part was missing in the order that the seller should definitely have thought about, we had to solve it ourselves and pay. After several inquiries and a complaint, a discount could be deducted. Unfortunately, after 6 months there was also a defect to light that should not have occurred with normal use of the bathroom (we should have bought new products of good quality ....). But unfortunately the service was lousy again. Sani's direct opinion was that an external factor had caused the defect and that we had to pay for the replacement ourselves. I would have expected much more service from Sani direct in Capelle, but also from Sani direct in its entirety. Disappointed and therefore a bad review. Unfortunately. Update after 1 month: we have now been contacted to find a solution. After this review and a conversation with Sani directly in Capelle, a solution was offered for the defective part. We have neatly received a new one. Free. Very nice!

A fantastic experience at Sanidirect Capelle a / d IJssel. We have rebuilt an old farm for 14 months and have looked at beautiful places in the Netherlands to beautiful bathrooms and toilets. Finally we arrived at Sanidirect in Capelle. Here we were received wonderfully by Mr. Raymond. He showed everything, the advantages of this over that and also all combination possibilities were told. Nothing was too much for him. After looking at everything, we sorted everything out at home. A few days later we made an appointment on Black Friday. While enjoying a cup of coffee, everything was put down on paper and because it was made very attractive to us, we immediately did business and bought two bathrooms and three toilets with accessories. A few months later in construction it turned out that something could not be mounted, it was exchanged without any problems. That is why I think Sanidirect is a fantastic company and I recommend you to look there.
