Only respond when I mail about something for the third time. In addition, it appears that they transfer my policy unsolicited to another intermediary so that I suddenly no longer have a client with them.

Customer friendly, helpful. Obviously familiar with the insurance of restaurants, knew exactly what I do and do not need and came up with a competitive premium that I had not found myself.

Worthless company. There is no response to my email I sent to cancel my insurance. That is now 10 days ago.

My advice, do not do business with them. For several years, the Breukhoven Insurance Office (many generations) has been taken over by this office. From my childhood relationship and more than 40 years later. Since leaving the last "adviser" a deep hole has been created. And no succession. Complete mess! Several times indicated and never received a response. You better arrange it yourself! Or maybe better, find another reliable and competent insurance office. Certainly not this one. Wrong choice!
