Unfortunately very bad help today. I've never been here before but this was definitely the last time. Little understanding of the male employee for the fact that I did not have my ID with me, after which I showed 5 other IDs including registration certificate, driver's license, employment contract, etc.Mister did not want to give me the DHL package. It is human to sometimes forget something, of course evidence is needed and it was certainly given. After I indicated that it was an exaggeration after so much evidence that I should not receive a clothing package, he called me chicken, unkind and disrespectful. In addition, I indicated that I live far away and that I will not be able to visit us soon. He did not understand that.
