Went there to resize my new A/X watch band, and the lady did a very poor job doing so. The pin was somehow bent inside and was sticking sharply out even. Had to bring my watch to another place to have it re-done.

Despite a difference of opinion about a repair, we were very kindly helped. The repair did not have to be paid ..... what a customer focus, you don't often experience this! 👍

Am very kindly helped by the lady. Wash something with my chain and a ring it was so fixed. Definitely go there more often. !!!!

Went here with a voucher because we had received this after earrings were worn off after 1 evening, we were also treated very rude by the way and the employee in question had been turned upside down on the spot. I didn't like walking in, they really look at clothing and money they want to help you at all. Well what sort out, after ONE HALF HOUR my new bracelet to have had it broke off. I do not come here anymore because I do not care about the quality of staff and things. Besides, staff do not know the difference between a charm for a bracelet and a tunnel for your ear
