Totally unhappy about this jeweler, they are a bunch of scammers, they have cheated me nicely. There are 2 more jewelers on the crimpenhof, recommend everyone to go there.

Gold appraised and I had to come back in an hour so they could see how much it was worth. They returned the gold box to me but had withheld half of it. After insisting I got the rest of my gold back. Pure scam and theft!
