Well advised when purchasing our Evora stove. No talking but just talking about different heaters. Spacious showroom with many different models. Delivered including new pipe within a few days. Top!

Very good service, good personal contact, fast follow-up. Fast delivery of a new wood-burning stove. We had quite a complex installation situation. An old stone fireplace had to be demolished first. A new flue upwards in the ridge to the chimney had to be constructed and with it a new cove throughout the house. Not really a standard placement in my opinion. This was done very quickly and professionally by Houtkachels Friesland. Good construction crew, nice people. Very happy with the result.

We are very positive about Friesland's wood-burning stoves. We received good advice, which took place at home within a few days, followed by a clear and suitable quotation. The placement was also entirely satisfactory. Very neatly worked. The finish is perfect.

Very friendly and professional in the store. After the initial orientation, Jaap came to our home to see the situation. Then quickly received a quote and a good and clear explanation of the materials. As a layman you do not know the differences between the various types of pipes and brackets, but after the explanation by Jaap and Selma everything was clear. The next day I made a final choice for a wood-burning stove (the Romotop 03) and within two weeks the stove was already burning! The assembly was also done neatly and professionally by Jaap and his friendly colleague (whose name I don't remember). All in all, a very good experience with Houtkachels Friesland. If we ever want to heat another room in the house with a wood stove, we know where to go!
