Arrive at the Paltrok on advice. Our 9.5-year-old newfoundlander Guus was very short of breath. Suspected vocal cord paralysis. After a friendly phone conversation decided to send a video for review. An answer after a day and the suspicion was almost certainly confirmed. Made an appointment for surgery. Guus was examined by the specialist before the operation and it really was a vocal cord paralysis. It was clearly explained how and what was going to happen and what we could expect. After less than 2 hours we were called Operation successful. Now on the way home. We are very grateful for the good and friendly help. What a nice team and what a respectful treatment. For us 10 stars.
