Great service! small but nice store

Prize won at the Reigerhof lottery .. 20% discount on wines "does not apply to offers and wines that have already been discounted" .. * plural * ... I ordered 1 box of rose .. I get a 20% discount on 1 bottle .. nothing can be done about it..chanceless and childish .. from now on to capelle for my drink ...

Is and remains a nice store. Staff with knowledge of all types and great offers.

Never experienced such bad service! After hours of searching in several shops I think I have finally found a nice Father's Day present, I am there in a long queue (day before Father's Day = busy), then I am refused at the checkout. I was asked for my ID, I can still understand this (even though I am clearly much older than 18 years old and even if it was not for myself but for my father). Now, of course, I do not take my passport with me every day, so I brought out 3 other IDs (personal public transport card, student card and health card). All three IDs have the same date of birth and name with photo, yet the cashier sent me out of the store with a self-righteous look (shameful, because there were many people in the store at the time). Very childish. I have never seen anyone send me away, although I only showed 1 of the above-mentioned IDs. Not recommended. For me the last time I set foot in the store.
