Last Saturday on the internet looking for a Suzuki Wagon or Opel Agila, aged. Perfect car for the fishing hobby. Given the km's, age and price, I was interested in the 2008 Suzuki Wagon R. For sale at Mastebroek Hoogeveen. Called and car was reserved. Last Monday from Den Helder “just” to Hoogeveen. When we arrived, coffee was immediately offered and it turned out that the Suzuki had been put in the workshop so that we did not have to view the car in the rain. Great looking car with low mileage. MOT until September 2021. With Hr. Mastebroek could do business and I got a reasonable trade-in price for my 18-year-old Opel Agila with some flaws. I did not immediately get Suzuki because an air conditioning hose had to be replaced. Today, Wednesday 30 / Sept, we received a call that the Suzuki could be picked up. Two hours of driving, the same coffee supply and the cars were exchanged with a very acceptable payment. It was a pleasure doing business with Hr. Mastebroek

Excellent service in itself, only tragic that the service department is obliged to use the VOS rates regardless of the work. As a result, you have to pay € 190 for the first turn, which takes 25 minutes. Well then I really quit because then I feel ripped off. According to the workshop chief, it did not matter for the first turn for the price whether it takes 2 hours or 25. That is what has been explained to me. Incidentally, I have never changed dealer of that brand for our 1st car in 40 years.
