We recently bought a new car here, afterwards it turned out that the oil was under level while there would have been a delivery turn and this would have been checked. All 4 tires were finished and the headlight adjuster turned out to be broken. Contacted and told by the garage that nothing would be made as it would not be covered under warranty. We had to check this “during the test drive”. The only possibility was that we would pay for it ourselves at the purchase price. So only buy a car here if you have access to a car mechanic. Very bad service.

Too bad they let you come for a car and then say it has already been sold. Lousy service. Not recommended!!!

Have all my cars that I have had in their maintenance for years. Top service and good communication. If I have something with my car, they always check it carefully and I can even get a loan car if I have to work. Recently bought my new car there. Was neatly delivered and with great pleasure to drive. Thank you for the good care.

After buying a Volkswagen Polo, the air conditioning turned out not to work properly afterwards. After contacting Klok & Smit BV, I was able to have the car checked and made by a well-known garage. This because it is a 2.5 hour drive to Hoogeveen. Car has been repaired and works fine again. Very neat service, and an appropriate solution! Satisfied customer 👌🏻
