I had been looking for a different car for a while but they were always far away for sale, to drive from the north to the west for a test drive was a bit too far for me. After a while I came across a car on the internet that immediately appealed to me, I put it among my favorites. Weeks passed where I was still looking at cars on the internet, I kept coming back to Otten's ... Still find out what kind of company that is, it seemed good, only rave reviews with regard to service and customer friendliness. I had to drop by anyway, I asked some questions that were answered quickly and neatly and made an appointment for a test drive. Hoogeveen is not that far and when we arrived the car was shining in the showroom, looked closely and in the meantime everything about the car was explained, perfect! We took a test drive and I was sold, the deal was quickly closed. I picked up the car a week later and the owner took all the time for me, the car was a shining eye-catcher for the company. The car has had a major overhaul and so far is excellent! What has stayed with me most is the helpfulness, service and friendliness with which you are helped, you can see that they do everything they can to satisfy and keep people satisfied and according to the reviews they are doing great! In six months I will come back for an end of warranty check where any problems will be repaired free of charge, something like that gives a buyer confidence! I will definitely recommend you to friends and family who are looking for a beautiful, young used occasion!
