Slechte service in januari koopt een klant een cilinderkop van een VW caddy, deze zou van een goedlopende motor komen. De verstuiver gaten zijn echter zover uitgeslagen dat diesel de motorolie instroomt. Ook zaten er twee afgebroken gloeistiften in de kop. Garantie wil men echter niets van weten.
DB disassembly has really exceeded my expectations. Someone had forgotten a key in a car that I had collected for disassembly. First, they searched the scrap car completely to find that key and then sent it back by post. I offered to reimburse the shipping costs, but I didn't have to. Really neat, especially in this industry. Top!

Parts are most expensive and will not be negotiated, part will be pulled out of your hands and you can leave your site, 1 new cap 10 euros, here at DB dismantling 10 euros completely scratched and rotten, worth 2 euros.

Clear communication and honors agreements.
Today we had the old BMW picked up by DB dismantling. The driver was on time, friendly and the release was easy. No negotiating next to the car, just the agreed amount.
