In the covid time I did not want to sell pellets, while on the day before the lockdown I was clearly informed that I did not have to buy extra. Been there yesterday for pellets and they wouldn't deliver to me. I am surprised and very angry. All the more because in my view pellets are a necessity of life. We have a pellet stove and are further away from the gas, so no heat without pellets. I explained it well to the arrogant employee. But apparently the employee is not only arrogant but also suffers from an empty upstairs room. Watch animals have to eat, badger to understand. But don't see pellets as essential.
