We have sat a chair in the showroom in Steinfurt to the test and then ordered this. The new chair was first delivered and exchanged with legs of different lengths. On the second delivery, we noticed that the seat was a bit too high and the back was too slanted, so that you could not sit comfortably at all. Fortunately, we were able to swap the new chair for the exhibit from the showroom. But after the experience, I never buy a piece of furniture there again.

Stay away from this company! I was seduced to order with a good price for 2 sofas, made a good deposit - and AUS. Since September, I only get more unqualified answers and consolations when I ask for the delivery of the sofas! I had to open my company without the fixed parts!
