On January 13, sushi picked up at SUSHIPOINT CAPELLE AANDEN IJSSEL. Not nice service this time! I arrived there with my friend around 1915. On the spot I decided to take the luxury menu of 42.95 euros where I would get a 20% discount. My friend had taken a debit card. I asked him how much he had withdrawn. So my friend said 42.95. That was not correct, so I asked the guy behind the till why we did not receive a discount. (the 20% discount EVERYONE gets on EVERYTHING, this is on their social media channels, valid until the end of January !!!) The boy explained and said he forgot. The woman (Employee) standing next to him said that we could not get a refund, firstly because they did not have cash and secondly because we have already used a debit card and they could not recover in the system. They did offer us 1 california roll of your choice for this time and different next time. At that time we had said to them but next time and we walked outside. They told us to wait 20 minutes. A lady we know was also waiting outside. To a surprise, she did not receive that 20% discount either. We thought it was strange. How can the employee forget when this discount applies to everything and for months? In between, another customer went in. He had ordered something and then went to wait outside with us. I asked him if he also got the discount. BUT NO! He also did not receive the discount. We do not think this is correct and we have again asked the guy behind the cash register about the situation. He told us that he only works there for 1 day ... He used to be in Alkmaar Sushipoint, he says. Then I still find it strange that the woman standing next to him at the till who does work there full-time has not told the customer or us that we are getting the 20% discount. (Not so fair right?) Then the boy tells us you will get a 20% discount next time when you come or you choose a California roll now. That discount for next time is of little use to me. Because you get that discount anyway. (So ​​do we get a 20% discount on a 20% discount?) We eventually chose the spicy salmon roll. The boy would make these and it would take another 15 minutes ... In total we waited 35 minutes. We also found out at home that the sushi was not even right ... Instead of the spicy salmon roll, they had given the tuna. All in all, this Sushipoint case has not been fair to us and the customers. Even after they had 'forgotten to apply the discount' to us as an explanation, they had also done this to the customers AFTER us. In addition, we waited 35 minutes. 20 minutes on the luxury menu and 15 minutes on the wrong roll. It was not a pleasant experience for me and the customers. While this case has not been open for long. Very sorry!

Serviço péssimo! Encomendamos sushi hoje dia 26 de Fevereiro e entregaram parte do pedido. Ligamos a perguntar pelo restante pedido e informaram que já tinham a cozinha encerrada e que apenas nos podiam fazer a devolução do que não foi entregue. Além do atraso de 15 minutos na entrega, deixaram-nos sem jantar uma vez que a esta hora não conseguimos encomendar em mais lado nenhum. NÃO RECOMENDO. SERVIÇO E ATENDIMENTO PÉSSIMO.

Super tasty sushi always I ordered a total of 3 times, first time at home and then twice via the website when there was the 20% discount promotion. Picked up today while I was too early but was ready quickly. Sushi and salmon sashimi is fresh and neatly made top notch👍

How nice that there is now also a Sushi Point in Capelle aan den IJssel. Delicious fresh strips of salmon, beautifully presented dishes, warm edamame beans, well delivered and cared for. Really festive food for your home (with bubbles of our own). I will definitely order there more often.
