They have a great person to person service, even when it is busy

Opening times stated on Monday from 12 noon. However not open. Went back later, indicated that the information is incorrect online. We cannot get anything in return. If I then mention that three people were still waiting with me, I get a pity as an answer ..... well you have a heart for your customers or not.
