Unfortunately I was not allowed to have a good experience at this branch. As a kidney patient I kindly asked if I could use the sanitary facilities there, this was resolutely rejected without explanation, even after having been told I was dealing with bladder problems, I got a hard ZERO on my petition. And to think that the cashier boy was an age when he could just play the potty independently. Action, come on, a bit customer-friendly towards all the millions you receive from us is appropriate. No more Action for me.
