I came to the JDY to exchange a garment, because I knew they no longer had this garment in the right size, I had the right size ready at the Only. When exchanging, the employee said that I had to go to the Only to exchange because that was possible. This way the employee could continue calling. I was practically expelled. Didn't find this very customer friendly
